2.     SMA 6     (Electrolytes )

3.     PT. PTT   (Pro thrombin  time)

4.     HIV

5.     Hepatitis B

6.     Hepatitis C

7.     VDRL

•  All the previous reports 

•  Previous (Angiography) CD or Cine film Or any Report if you had earlier

•  A responsible relative  who is authorized for giving consent  on behalf 

•  Fasting for minimum 6 Hours (you may have a glass of milk  6 Hours before the Procedure )

•  Shaving groin area as shown in diagram below

•  Payment  +  and health insurance depending on local requirements + Health card in some countries.
